By Asia’s No.1 travel trade show sets new benchmarks in participation, impact, and stakeholder trust
The 32nd edition of SATTE (South Asia’s Travel & Tourism Exchange), organised by Informa Markets in India, has emphatically reaffirmed its position as Asia’s leading travel trade exhibition. Held from February 19–21, 2025, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, SATTE 2025 recorded its strongest-ever participation and performance across all key metrics — establishing new standards for scale, satisfaction, and strategic business impact.
With over 2,000 exhibitors from 50+ countries and 28 Indian States and Union Territories, and a record 40,000+ trade visitors, SATTE 2025 once again proved to be the largest and most influential travel industry congregation in the region. The event also hosted over 800 buyers and 250 international hosted buyers under SEPC’s ATITHI programme, facilitating high-value B2B networking and driving tangible outcomes across the travel, tourism, and hospitality ecosystem.
Trust Built on Measurable Performance
SATTE’s success was independently validated by Explori, the global exhibition benchmarking firm, which confirmed the event’s industry-leading satisfaction and loyalty scores. The event achieved a Customer Satisfaction Score of 9.22/10, while the Exhibitor NPS reached 72.2 and the Visitor NPS stood at 79.3 — significantly above international benchmarks.
Notably, 88.5% of exhibitors confirmed they will return for SATTE 2026, compared to the global benchmark of 27%, while 86% of visitors said they are extremely likely to recommend the event. In terms of business impact, 84% of visitors and 78% of exhibitors rated SATTE as “very important” to their business — far exceeding global exhibition averages.

SATTE 2026: Continuing the Momentum
Following this record-breaking edition, SATTE 2026 is set to return to Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from February 25–27, 2026. Marking its milestone 33rd edition, the upcoming event will introduce new initiatives focused on cross-border tourism, digital transformation, and investment-led growth across the travel and hospitality value chain.
