World’s Best GBS selection process evaluates various critical aspects, including service delivery model, strategic alignment, automation impact, and talent retention and skilling. Open to GBS organizations worldwide, the award assesses both qualitative and quantitative data. The selection process, meticulously conducted by award judges and SSON Research & Analytics leadership, determines the global winners.
Allianz Services’ remarkable track record of exceeding customer and organizational expectations within the shared services and GBS industry has been further reinforced with this coveted honour won at the Services and Outsourcing Week conference held in North America.
This recognition celebrates exceptional GBS that embodies innovation and provides significant value to the enterprise, surpassing traditional focus solely on process efficiency.
