By In response to the recent severe floods in Wayanad, Kerala, which caused significant loss of life and infrastructure damage, employees of SCTIMST have stepped up to support relief efforts. The staff and faculty of SCTIMST collectively donated a substantial sum to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
On September 5, 2024, a cheque for Rs. 4,52,212, collected from the salaries of SCTIMST faculty and staff, was presented to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. This contribution is in addition to the donations made by the SCTIMST Employees’ Cooperative Society and individual online contributions from employees.
