The Keralites Travels and Tours Consortium (KTTC), a prominent professional association of tour operators and travel agencies in Kerala, is all set to host the Tushar Mega Tourism B2B Meet on August 31st, 2024. This significant event, aimed at promoting tourism in Kerala, will be held at the CIAL Convention Centre, Nedumbassery.
The exhibition will bring together more than 200 leading tour companies from India and abroad, along with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), top hotels and resorts, flight companies, and online travel portals. The primary objective of the event is to facilitate direct business negotiations between travel agents, tour operators in Kerala, and these major companies, thereby eliminating the need for middlemen.
In addition to the B2B meet, a workshop focused on exploring the endless possibilities within the tourism sector will be conducted in the afternoon. This workshop is especially designed for students studying tourism and professionals working in the field. The event has already garnered significant attention, with over five thousand tour operators from within and outside Kerala registering to participate.
The event will commence at 9 AM, with Mr. Suhas, IAS, Managing Director of Cochin CIAL, inaugurating the Tourism B2B Meet. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various stalls until 6 PM. The closing session, scheduled for 6 PM, will feature a keynote address by renowned world traveler Shri Santhosh George Kulangara, followed by a debate.
To facilitate participation, a free shuttle service will operate every half hour from Angamaly Railway Station, Angamaly Athani Hotel, Air Link Castle, Aluva Railway Station, and Aluva Metro Station to and from the CIAL Convention Centre. Additionally, spot registration facilities will be available for those who have not pre-registered.
